Pace Financial Group has secured a $30,500,000 construction loan for The Castle, a high-end mixed-use project in the Short North arts district.  The Castle will offer over 100 apartment units, some of the best retail and office space available in Columbus, and a parking garage with over 200 spaces.

This deal was enhanced through partnerships with Columbus-Franklin County Finance Authority and the City of Columbus Department of Development.
